It is a KERI witness operated by Bakobo for evaluation. It is free, and it is deliberately not backed by any promise.

• No uptime guarantee. Nothing monitors this host and no alert fires if it stops. It may be unavailable at any time, without notice.
• Retention is best effort, which means no backups are taken. If this host is lost, its history is lost with it.
• A rebuild issues a NEW identifier. This is not a policy choice. A witness that returned under its old key against a shortened log could receipt a contradictory history, so a rebuilt witness must come back as a different AID.
• Do not build anything with real-world stakes on this. If what you are doing matters, you want a witness that carries a commitment. This one does not.
